This cheese was inspired by a Braziling grilling cheese and is the perfect tailgating compliment for Wisconsinites. It can be cooked on a pan, grill, panini press or deep fried with or without breading. But, it soars when grilled over an open flame. Its surface will turn crispy golden brown on the outside, while maintaining a slightly-motlen center. Its salty profile pairs well with sweet honey, jam, fruit spreads or molasses. For best results cook cheese immediately after removing from the refrigerator. Allowing the cheese to sit at room temperature may cuase melting when cooked.
