Brat Flavored Chees-E-Que – grilling cheese 8 0z

We took a recipe for bratwurst seasonings from a local meat plant and added them to our grilling cheese to make a vegetarian bratwurst. Enjoy this cheese cooked in a pan, grill, panini press or deep fried with or without breading.  But, it soars when grilled over an open flame.  Its surface will turn crispy golden brown on the outside, while maintaining a slightly-motlen center.  Its salty profile pairs well with sweet honey, jam, fruit spreads or molasses.  For best results cook cheese immediately after removing from the refrigerator.  Allowing the cheese to sit at room temperature may cuase melting when cooked.
