Our version of Pecorino Toscano .  This cheese is softer and creamier than Pecorino Romano. The Sheep and Cow milk blend gives this Pecorino its tangy buttery flavor.  Enjoy as an appetizer with bread and prosciutto or use it in pasta or soup dishes.
