Beer Battered Cheese Curds - a Wisconsin tradition!
No trip to Wisconsin is complete without indulging in some deep-fried cheese curds. Now you can enjoy them anytime at home! A great way to use up old cheese curd, or curd that has been frozen.
8 oz (1 cup) beer
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup flour
Whisk ingredients together.
Dip cold or frozen cheese curds in batter mix and fry in deep fryer until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels and enjoy!
